Renowned guitarist Craig Ogden conjures up Iberian scenes from fandango to pensive passacaglia in music by Rodrigo – best known for his Concierto de Aranjuez, but here in intimate mode. St Mary’s Church, Yatton, Somerset with WAGO
St Mary's Church, Yatton Church Road, Yatton, BristolCraig is passionate about supporting classical guitarists and has worked with WAGO on a number of occasions. WAGO is the Wyvern Afinado Guitar Orchestra (WAGO) - a group of local amateur classical guitarists centred on Hewish & Puxton, North Somerset. The programme will include a solo set from Craig, together with duets, quartets, and full guitar orchestral pieces with Craig as a member and soloist. The programme will also include a world premiere of music written specifically for the group. The concert takes place in the beautiful St Mary's Church in the village of Yatton.
